Share capital

The share capital in Husqvarna AB amounts to SEK 1,152,687 556 and consists of 127,776,646 A-shares and 448,567,132 B-shares, for a total of 576,343,778 shares. All the company's shares are in Swedish kronor (SEK), and have been issued in accordance with the Swedish Companies Act (2005:551).

A- and B-shares

Shares in Husqvarna comprise two series: A and B. One A-share entitles the holder to one vote, and one B-share to one tenth of a vote. Each voter may vote for the full number of shares held, without limitation.

All shares carry equal rights to dividend and capital.
