The share

The Husqvarna Group's have been listed on Nasdaq OMX Stockholm since June 2006.

The total number of outstanding shares is 576,343,778 shares, of which 127,569,804 are A-shares and 448,773,974 are B-shares. One A-share carries one vote and one B-share carries one tenth of a vote.

The total volume of Husqvarna shares traded in 2012 was 540 million, with a total value of SEK 19.6 billion, corresponding to an average daily trading volume of 2.1 million shares or SEK 78m.
