The share

The Husqvarna Group's have been listed on Nasdaq OMX Stockholm since June 2006.

The total number of outstanding shares is 576,343,778 shares, of which 127,776,646 are A-shares and 448,567,132 are B-shares. One A-share carries one vote and one B-share carries one tenth of a vote.

The total volume of Husqvarna shares traded in 2011 was 604 million, with a total value of SEK 24.2 billion, corresponding to an average daily trading volume of 2.4 million shares or SEK 95m.
