- Seasonal employees are integral to the success of our business. Each year, we prioritize hiring the most experienced and productive workers from previous seasons to maintain excellence in our products and world class reputation. Several initiatives are in process to improve the quality of new hires and reduce seasonal turnover. These efforts include enhancements to the applicant screening process, streamlining pre-employment activities, and involving the hiring departments in the onboarding phase. A new "Realistic Job Preview" video has also been developed for the purpose of providing applicants - especially those who have never worked in a manufacturing environment - a visual overview of the types of jobs a seasonal employee may be assigned to.
