Effort against discrimination
The Husqvarna anti-discrimination policy comprises both employees, business partners and others who contact the company. Everyone should be treated fairly. This is further emphasised in the Husqvarna Code of Conduct.
For internal relations there is also the Husqvarna People's Process, which provides support in recruitment, evaluation, career development and wage setting. The principle is that all employees should be treated fairly and equally.
Human Resources employees are trained to prevent discrimination in for example recruitment. Internal tools and trainings are designed to be neutral and give a multicultural perspective.
Husqvarna strives to increase diversity among Group Managers.
