Dialogue with unions

Husqvarna puts high value on good relations with union organizations, both locally and nationally.

At the European level there is also a comprehensive organization in which Husqvarna participates in order to secure safe working conditions for its employees. The majority of Husqvarna employees belong to a union, foremost in Europe and Asia.

The Husqvarna Code of Conduct promotes the right of freedom of association of all their employees, which includes the right to not join unions and similar organizations.
